Wow ...Dear Aban .Its very good to see Our Parsi food blog.. I would love to make Authentic PArsi Style Curry Paste for (SUBJECTS)>>>>veg ,meat,chicken , fish,prawn and egg curry.Does ingredients differ for each subject in curry.?Or same ingredients is to be used for every subjects.Love to know. ReplyDeleteYou can make the same curry paste for all meats/fish, however you can make a few changes e.g. you can use red or green chillies, dry or fresh chillies, dry or fresh herbs.You may choose to use fresh or dry coconut. Also some curries can have tomatoes some may not. I also add a variety of nuts cashew, pistachio, almonds. I suggest you experiment!
Also do vist more often!
